As an initiative which is strongly inspired by the Open-Source & Open-Science initiatives, the HDL code produced by the AsyncArt project is freely available under the terms of LGPLv2.0 license.

For this purpose, we have chosen the Open Hardware Repository, a Hardware-oriented Open-Source project created & supported by the CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research).
